Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Ayuzera(own by Winzera Pvt.ltd.), we believe in providing the highest level of Distributor and Customer satisfaction. We ensure that the experience post-purchase is smooth, seamless, and delightful with respect to the quality and speed of delivery. We also keep our Customer/Distributor informed about various stages of the order placed: Order Processing, Dispatch & Delivery.

Shipping Charges on Products

  • All individual and team orders above Rs. 600/- Free Delivery.

  • Courier charges are not refundable.

Order Delivery Timeframe

  • We strive to ensure your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition.

  • It will take 2-5 working days from the day of order confirmation to process and dispatch the products to serviceable pin codes.

  • This is subject to no delay due to governmental actions or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If the dispatch period exceeds the stipulated time, the Distributor/Customer will be notified.

    • If the customer wishes to proceed, the order will be delivered.

    • If the customer wishes to cancel, the refund will be issued as per the

       

  • Refund Policy.
    Product Issues: Damages, Missing, or Incorrect Items

    • The user/customer must inform the company within 24 hours of receiving the Delivery Confirmation message/email about:

      • Damaged products

      • Missing items

      • Incorrect products

      • Wrong delivery notifications

    • Ayuzera will not be responsible for any replacement or redelivery if the user/customer fails to report the issue within 24 hours

Responsibility for Delivery Errors

  • Ayuzera will not be responsible for non-delivery, wrong delivery, or delayed delivery of an order caused due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete personal details provided by the user/customer.

  • The delivery time mentioned on the website is approximate and may vary depending on multiple factors.
